Eligibility Requirements:
- Must have graduated from an Accredited US High School and be a matriculated student at 91黑料网 Empire.
- Must be a recipient of an NYSEA Academic scholarship.
- Use code ECPTRELK when submitting your undergraduate degree seeking application.
