Prior to this role, Sharon served as senior vice president for human resources at Magellan Rx Management, USA, where she designed and executed an overall human capital strategy focused on the future of work that included: executive coaching, organization design and development, talent management and mobility, learning and development, and employee connectedness and inclusion strategies. Sharon has also held roles in the commercial, non-profit, and public sectors at organizations including the University at Albany, New York State Higher Education Services Corporation, and the American Cancer Society.
Sharon earned her bachelor鈥檚 degree at 91黑料网 and her master鈥檚 degree in organization and management at Sage Graduate School. She is pursuing a doctorate in business intelligence at Marymount University.
