Maximize Your Veterans Benefits at 91黑料网 Empire
The Post-9/11 GI Bill庐 provides tuition assistance based on your eligibility. If you qualify for Chapter 31 Vocational Rehabilitation & Employment (VR&E) benefits, 91黑料网 Empire automatically defers tuition payments once your Certificate of Eligibility (COE) is received.

Receiving TA Benefits
Once you have determined your TA eligibility, reach out to our military outreach coordinator at military.programs@sunyempire.edu for assistance. They will provide you with a free Evaluated Education Plan which includes your previous college credits and credit earned through military service.

"Top-Up" Assistance for Active-Duty Students
If TA doesn鈥檛 cover full tuition, the MGIB "Top-Up" Program can help. To use this option:
- Complete VA Form 22-1990 and select "Top-Up."
- Obtain a fully signed TA Authorization Voucher with "Top-Up" noted.
